Design & Industrial Engineering Consultancy

We work out what your plant needs before anyone quotes a compressor. Heat load calculations, plant room layout, refrigerant selection, power requirements and equipment sizing. If you already have a design from someone else, we will review it and tell you where it will cost you.

Pipework, insulation, electrical connections, controls and automation, pressure testing, evacuation, charging and commissioning. We run the plant at load and prove it before handover, and you get the documentation with it.

Overhauls, rebuilds and repairs on ammonia and Freon compressors. SABROE, FRICK, GRAM, YORK, MYCOM, GRASSO and Bitzer. Planned overhauls happen on site. Where a full strip down is needed, the unit comes to our workshop.

A scheduled visit programme with agreed breakdown response times. Each visit covers oil condition, vibration checks, refrigerant leak checks, control calibration and safety device testing, and you get a written report afterwards. AMC clients get priority when something fails.

Older plants can usually be improved without replacing everything. Compressor upgrades, control system replacement, condenser changes and refrigerant conversions. We assess what is on site and quote only the parts worth changing.

Genuine spares for the compressor and control brands we distribute, stocked locally where we can. SABROE, FRICK, GRAM, YORK, MYCOM, GRASSO, Bitzer, Copeland, Carrier, Danfoss, Incold, Dorin and Accel Spolan.
