AHUs for offices, hotels, factories and production halls. We select coil capacity, fan static and filtration against the actual air change and load requirement of the space, then install the unit with its ducting and controls.
Zoned systems for buildings where each area runs on its own schedule. Rooms that are empty stop drawing power, which is where the running cost saving comes from over a central system.
Chiller-based air conditioning for large floor areas. Above a certain building size, chilled water beats DX on both running cost and serviceability, because the plant is in one place and the distribution is water rather than refrigerant.
Ventilation systems help introduce fresh air, remove heat, odours, fumes and contaminants, and maintain suitable indoor conditions.
We design ventilation solutions according to the building’s use, occupancy, process requirements, heat generation, air-change rates and safety considerations.
Fresh air units for production halls, clean areas and any space where air change rate matters as much as temperature. Filtered, conditioned outside air, delivered at the volume the process requires.
Cabinet fan exhaust for kitchens, process areas and fume extraction. Enclosed fan units run quieter and are easier to service than open axial installations.
Heat and fume extraction for factory floors, machine rooms and plant areas. Removing process heat at source costs a fraction of trying to cool the whole building afterwards.
Duct fabrication and installation. Badly designed ducting wastes fan power and makes rooms noisy, and it is the part most often value-engineered out of a job.

Dehumidification for cold stores, warehouses and processing areas where moisture causes condensation on product, frost on evaporators or ice on floors. A dehumidifier is usually cheaper than repeatedly defrosting a plant that is fighting a humidity problem.
Filtration and air curtain solutions for hygiene sensitive production areas. Keeping contamination out of a processing hall is cheaper than dealing with a failed audit.
